Truth For Life Implements Website Improvements

Dear Friends,

At Truth For Life, we've been working hard the past few months to improve our online store and donation pages. We've made enhancements that will enable you to manage your relationship with us online. For example, you can now update your personal information, such as your address and phone number, and you can also make changes to your monthly giving amount and recurring payment arrangements.

Making these improvements has been a significant undertaking. We anticipate that there will be some bumps along the way and will work diligently to minimize any disruption you may experience.

You'll now see several enhancements to our website that we hope you'll find convenient.

Purchases In Our Online Store

When you shop in our online store, you can now:

• Search individual messages and teaching series by CD, DVD or MP3 CD category
• View a list of recommended products
• Add purchases to an online cart then continue shopping
• Make gift purchases and ship gift items to an alternative address
• Update your shipping address information
• View a history of your past purchases
• Update your credit card information
• Add a donation to your purchase amount

Donations Online

When you make donations online, you can now:

• Update your personal information, including address, phone number and email address
• Designate and update MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express credit card information for one-time or recurring donations
• Request the monthly resource when you make your donation

Truthpartner Relationships

You can now update your Truthpartner relationship online, including:

• Enroll as a new Truthpartner
• Update your personal information, including changes to your address, phone number and email address
• Update your monthly donation details, including your donation amount and credit card information

Important Information

Because our website was not previously integrated directly with our database, you will be prompted to make a fresh start and sign up for a new online account at the time of your next online purchase, donation, or account update. We apologize for this inconvenience.

For those of you who have made a donation or purchase within the past 12 months, you can use the same login information you used before, but you will likely be prompted to create a new password.

• We are making available a new "Live Help" tool on key pages of our website. "Live Help" will be accessible online from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. If we aren't online at the time of your question, you can use that tool to send us a message. We will reply to your request as promptly as possible.
