In order to get the best experience out of our FTP site, we recommend that you use a dedicated FTP client, such as FileZilla (which you can download for free here ) - You will want to download the file titled (FileZilla_3.2.0_win32-setup.exe (recommended)).

Note: If trying to access the FTP site with Internet Explorer, version 7 or 8, you will get an error stating "page cannot be displayed." Stay on the page and look at the far right hand top side of the page where you'll see at least four small icons - a home, RSS, a printer, Page, and Tools. Click on Page, then scroll to the bottom, and click on "Open FTP site in Windows Explorer." Now login again using above username and password. We also recommend you bookmark this page.
