| Kathy Leicester December 17, 2009 | In Part 2, Pastor Begg preaches on 1 Corinthians 14:13-20. He continues to provide his insights on the difference between the impact on the body of Christ between speaking in tongues and prophesying. Again, Pastor highlights Paul's emphasis on prophesying as being more edifying for corporate (public) worship. This is not to say that Paul does not appreciate the gift of tongues - rather, he believes it is best exercised in private. Much more is outlined in this information-laden sermon. You'll not be disappointed by Pastor Begg's preaching on this portion of scripture. It is, indeed, edifying. |
