Message, Mission, Majesty

Jesus began His public ministry with a bold statement: “The kingdom of God is at hand.” What did this declaration mean? The Old Testament had promised a future King and Messiah. With these words, Jesus proclaimed that those past promises were fulfilled in Him. The King had come! Jesus still reigns today, and as Alistair Begg shows us, that message should encourage us to make the Gospel known.
