The High Priestly Prayer

In the hours before His crucifixion, Jesus prayed to His Father as He had many times before. Alistair Begg teaches us that this prayer, however, was different than Jesus’ other prayers. In it, Jesus set forth the transition between the end of His work on earth with the cross and the beginning of His follower’s work on earth with evangelism. He called on His followers, then and today, to spread the news of the Gospel.
