The Magnificat

It's easy to view the angel's visit to Mary as a nice portion of the Christmas story, but one that doesn't affect or challenge us today. Alistair Begg explains that this encounter is actually the revolutionary announcement of God becoming man to save helpless and hopeless sinners. The good news that the angel gave to Mary is the good news of the Gospel, that Christ Jesus welcomes all who will come to Him in humility and faith.
