Doers of the Word

Though behavior can’t earn salvation, a believer’s lifestyle may open or close doors for the Gospel. When Paul wrote to Titus, a young pastor in a depraved city, he emphasized the need for him and his congregation to “do good.” Alistair Begg reminds us that Christians should be marked by courtesy, serving our communities with loyal, humble hearts. This goodness is the right response when we remember who we were before Christ and how His righteousness brought us salvation.
