Always Abounding

1 Corinthians 15:58  (ID: 2711)

After correcting the Corinthian Christians and reflecting on the Gospel, Paul left them with a final exhortation grounded in Christ’s resurrection. Alistair Begg reminds us that since our victory is certain, we must stay strong and steady, resting in the Gospel to keep from wandering or collapsing. Being involved in the work of the Lord, we are assured that our best years are ahead and that nothing we ever do for His sake is wasted.

58Therefore, my beloved brothers, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that in the Lord your labor is not in vain.
