Why preach God’s truth when so few seem to want to listen? As Voddie Baucham makes clear, God’s Word is the dividing line between the obedient and the lost, the sheep and the goats. How could we proclaim anything else? First, though, we have to preach it to ourselves daily, gleaning strength for the task at hand. Only then can we be effective messengers of Christ’s Gospel, understanding that it has power and moral authority that far outstrips our own.
