Antagonistic, Apathetic, or Adoring?

News of an important event often provokes a strong reaction. The announcement of Christ’s birth as recounted in Matthew 2 calls us to respond even today. In our self-centeredness, will we choose to reject this infant king? Will we turn away with indifference? Or, Alistair Begg asks, will we choose instead to follow the example of the wise men, who came to Jesus with worship, submission, and adoration? Will we affirm our choice to follow Him?
