Jesus is the central figure of the entire Bible. In this interview discussing his book Name above All Names, Alistair Begg explains that this centrality is expressed in Jesus’ three divine offices. He is the Prophet who has spoken the Word of God, the Priest who has provided a path to relationship with God, and the King who has dominion over all. Understanding Jesus’ centrality—and arranging our lives accordingly—brings a deeper relationship with God and an increasingly Christlike daily life.
