As Luke 11 records, Christ taught that we are either with Him or against Him. Alistair Begg confronts us with the truth that when we are against Christ, we arrogantly demand miraculous signs when the Gospel is already clear. When we humbly hear and obey, however, we become spiritually connected to Christ and can learn true happiness. The believer’s life is neither painless nor spectacular but rather a call to a steady, satisfying discipleship in Christ.
