As he stood before a council of religious leaders, Peter made the striking claim that salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ. His declaration was met with resistance, as it still is today. Without the same deep-seated conviction of the exclusivity of Christ, we may pay scant attention to our souls and others’, says Alistair Begg. It is therefore vital that we remain convinced of the uniqueness of who Jesus is and what He has done for us in His birth, death, and resurrection.
12And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men3 by which we must be saved.”
