Passing on the Truth — Part One

2 Timothy 2:1–2  (ID: 3024)

Timothy’s mentor and friend, the apostle Paul, was nearing the end of his ministry. Soon, the church would be led by this younger man and his contemporaries. As Alistair Begg explains, the strength for this task could only be found in the power of God. Recognizing that God was the source of strength and the author of his message, Timothy was equipped to pass on the Gospel to future generations—and so are we.
