Christians often dwell upon the biblical truths of Jesus’ birth and death. As Alistair Begg teaches, however, we must also recognize that His ascension to heaven displays His power and kingship. Before He ascended, Jesus visited with His disciples and answered their questions, training them for the mission of His church. Now He reigns over all the universe and someday will return in a cloud just as He ascended from the earth.
