The Golden Rule
The Golden Rule tells us to do unto others as we would have them do unto us. The Bible, however, disabuses us of the belief that we can fulfill this command in our own strength. As believers, we shouldn’t show love only to those who are like us, nor should we give only to those who can reciprocate.
