When Paul visited Ephesus, he caused an upheaval, but the end result was the founding of a church that was vital and dynamic despite being confronted with hardship and wickedness. In the letter to the Church in Ephesus in Revelation 2, God gives words of commendation, condemnation, and consecration through the elderly Apostle John.
