A Canticle

 (ID: 2854)

When people sing, it tells us something about them. As Alistair Begg explains, what we sing about is a result of what has shaped us. Mary’s song in Luke 1 came from the biblical truths she had memorized as a child. She sang of the mercy God shows to those who fear Him, His exaltation of the humble, and His satisfaction of the hungry. Can we sing a song like Mary’s? Have we trusted her Savior?
