In this conference talk, Jeff Mills, director of ministries at Parkside Church, surveys the essentials for developing a Christ-centered culture in a local congregation. Ministry leaders must recognize that the power for this kind of culture comes from Jesus Himself and shows itself in a priority on personal connection, both with the Lord and with people. Practically, leaders must live out what they preach and invest in their core relationships. Christ-centered culture, in other words, requires a Christ-centered life.
