Dealing With Our Destiny

The Bible calls us to a sober realism concerning death. Only when we confront that fact, Alistair Begg reminds us, can we find the possibility of hope in a gloomy world. Death is certain due to sin, which is present because of our fallen natures. Yet thankfully, there is a cure: salvation through Jesus’ sacrifice. If we are unconcerned with our spiritual death, we will never find spiritual life. We must face our mortality and, in Christ, find hope of life to come.
