Hebrews 10:23  (ID: 2651)

Jesus’ life and work is the foundation of our lives as believers, allowing us to draw near to the Father and to hold on to the hope the Gospel gives us. This is where the strength to live a Christian life, even in the face of hardships, comes from. As Alistair Begg reminds us, such Gospel hope lets us face these hardships with peace, because we know that they will pass. Jesus has defeated them, and the promises of the Gospel will reach their ultimate fulfillment.
