No one can deny the reality of death, yet our lives often reflect indifference to its presence and its consequences. Knowing that our bodies will ultimately fail, how do we face our own mortality? Heeding Paul’s words in 2 Corinthians 5:1-10, Alistair Begg gives listeners Biblical instruction for the practical implications of death. Death is an enemy to be faced, but the battle has already been won. Despite a temporary and transitory body, the follower of Christ can walk with confidence and assurance of the future.
1For we know that if the tent that is our earthly home is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
