When the prophet Isaiah had a vision of God’s immensity, he responded with a humble contrition that left him trembling. Weak and undone with wonder, Isaiah nevertheless offered himself completely to God’s service. When we examine our own hearts, do we find a similar humility—one compelled by the conviction to tell others of God’s power to save? Alistair Begg helps us explore the biblical characteristics that mark a servant who is obedient to God’s call to proclaim His word.
