In this interview, Alistair Begg discusses cancer with his friend and Parkside member Mike Cox prior to his passing. Cox testifies to God’s faithfulness in the face of a terminal diagnosis. Like potter’s clay, God was making him into something new, forcing him to apply what he said he believed afresh. We, too, can approach death unafraid, surrendering ourselves to God, clinging to Christ, and being used by Him until the very end.
28Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
