The Lord’s Supper

 (ID: 1420)

What does it look like for a local congregation to take the Lord’s Supper seriously? Alistair Begg explains that when we participate in Communion, we look back to Christ’s provision for sin and forward to the day when we will enjoy His presence. When this hope is present in the hearts of God’s people, it results in holy living that brings glory to the Savior.

26For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord's death zuntil he comes.
