Once Saved, Always Saved?

John 10:27–29  (ID: 1128)

Can true Christians sin to such an extent that they are no longer saved? When we properly understand salvation’s nature and that it is not based on our efforts, we can rest assured that God will keep His children until the end, Alistair Begg teaches. This reality is what our hope is built upon and where we find strength to produce the fruits of the Spirit, which show that we belong to Christ.

27My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me. 28I give them eternal life, and they will never perish, and no one will snatch them out of my hand. 29My Father, who has given them to me,1 is greater than all, and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father's hand.
