The Widow’s Offering

Everything we have is from God, and in giving, we only return what is already His. While God has no need, Alistair Begg reminds us that it is a privilege to invest our resources in His purposes. The story of the widow’s offering in Mark 12 challenges us to realize that our giving is not measured by the sum but by the sacrifice. Jesus said that she gave more than all the wealthy, trusting God to provide. Today, His Word calls us to do likewise.
