When establishing a local church, the key element is not the building, the congregation’s size, or the programs offered, but that God’s Spirit is present and His Word is preached. Following Paul’s example, Alistair Begg reminds us that God resides in His people by His Spirit, and when we gather, God’s Spirit is uniquely manifest.
