The Lord’s Supper is an institution as old as the church itself. Sometimes, though, our familiarity with communion compromises our ability to understand and appreciate it. In this message, Alistair Begg examines communion’s origin, purpose, and practice as described in Scripture. As we partake in the Lord’s Supper, we are to remember what Christ accomplished for us and communally celebrate the new covenant He established for His church.
17But in the following instructions I do not commend you, because when you come together it is not for the better but for the worse.
