Like Lambs Among Wolves, Part One

From Series: The Gospel According to Luke, Volume 4

Luke 10:1  (ID: 2135)

If dependence on God is our objective, then weakness is an advantage. God doesn’t need or require people of influence, nobility, wisdom, or might; in fact, He often chooses the outnumbered and weak to serve Him so that they will become aware of His strength. As Alistair Begg emphasizes in this message, God is not in need of exceptional people to share His exceptional message.

Jesus Sends Out the Seventy-Two

1After this the Lord appointed seventy-two1 others and sent them on ahead of him, two by two, into every town and place where he himself was about to go.
